Open the primary feed in FeedPatch. It detects common ID headers such as id, item_id, offer_id, product_id, and sku.
Use the ID-list slot for the supplemental export. An issue-description column is optional; the matcher only needs a recognizable product ID column.
Each unmatched row is an ID that was not present in the supplied primary file. Check prefixes, variant-vs-product IDs, whitespace, case, and whether the export came from the right source version.
Google says supplemental product IDs should exactly match the primary source. Also verify the selected primary source, feed label, and language in Merchant Center.
Correct the spreadsheet or source integration, export a fresh copy, and run the match again before submitting it to Merchant Center.
Diagnose before editing

Merchant Center product IDs are case-sensitive, but Google warns against using casing alone to make IDs unique because it can cause matching confusion. Compare the exact exported values.
The product files do not. FeedPatch records only aggregate product-action counters and broad traffic-source categories, never catalog rows or product IDs.
