CSV and TSV parsing, validation, affected-product matching, safe fixes, and exports run locally in your web browser. FeedPatch does not upload or store the contents of source feeds or Merchant Center issue files you open.

Your browser holds the working data temporarily in memory. Refreshing or closing the page clears the current audit and match.

The free auditor does not require an account. For Pro access, FeedPatch stores limited customer, transaction, and subscription identifiers received from Paddle. Our hosting provider may process standard security and reliability logs such as IP address, browser type, request time, and errors.

Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles checkout and payment details. FeedPatch receives only the customer, transaction, and subscription information needed to confirm access and provide support. This site does not process card details.

FeedPatch does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics. It records privacy-preserving daily totals for a small set of product actions, such as starting a browser-tab session, completing an audit or match, downloading a report, or opening checkout. It also groups the first visit in a tab into a broad source category such as search, Reddit, GitHub, Shopify Community, social, direct, or other; it does not store the referring URL. A sessionStorage flag prevents repeat page navigation in the same tab from being counted again; it is not sent to the server and disappears when that tab session ends. Sample actions are counted separately. These counters contain no feed contents, product IDs, issue text, email addresses, persistent user identifiers, or individual browsing histories. Browser storage is also used for your signed Pro-access token. Paddle and the hosting provider may use necessary storage for security, checkout, and service delivery.
